As the HR Generalist with our client in Wilmington, OH, you will manage all HR operations of the company, including recruitment, learning & development, onboarding, performance management and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the company for all human resources matters.
You should have a wide range of knowledge in HR practices and provide expertise with planning, culture development, organizational policies and procedures and communication of key initiatives.
