Reporting directly to the Regional Vice President, you will develop market penetration strategies and manage Account Managers to meet critical sales objectives. While managing sales operations for the specific district, you will also develop and manage positive relationships with key suppliers.
SunSource represents quality manufacturers and key product lines in the areas of industrial and mobile hydraulics, pneumatics, automation/motion control, lubrication and filtration related industrial components and services, including system design and service and repair.

As a District Sales Manager, you'll play a crucial role in developing and executing market penetration strategies while managing a team of Account Managers across five states. You’ll lead daily sales operations and cultivate positive relationships with key suppliers to enhance our offerings in fluid power solutions. With 50% travel involved, no two days will be the same as you guide approximately ten Account Managers towards achieving critical sales objectives. Your mission will be to inspire, coach, and empower your team to reach peak productivity while also assessing and improving their performance. If you have at least five years of experience in the service and repair of fluid power products, with a strong background in sales management, we would love to hear from you. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and certifications like CFPS or FPS will give you an edge.
