About the role:
Support day-to-day operations by identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Assist in developing and implementing SOPs to streamline workflows.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track on-time delivery of customer SLAs.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making.
Build reports and dashboards to provide visibility into operational performance.
Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams to improve processes.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping drive automation and efficiency.
Support quality control efforts to ensure customer satisfaction.
About you:
3+ years of experience in operations, data analysis and process improvement.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, SQL, or other data tools.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in healthcare, AI-driven solutions, or revenue cycle management.
Background in optimizing workflows, automation, or scaling processes.
Experience working in startups or other high-growth environments.
