As an entry-level Associate Project Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for randomization and drug supply management in clinical trials. You’ll be working closely with our Services Delivery project team, where you'll liaise with clients to discuss their needs, provide updates, and help troubleshoot any issues that arise. Your knack for attention to detail will shine through as you document all requirements and participate in specification review meetings. You’ll also be managing project schedules, tracking tasks, and assisting in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure everything is on track for success. We're looking for someone who is a resourceful problem solver and a true team player, willing to put the success of the team first. Plus, you’ll provide training and support to end-users, ensuring that they have everything they need to successfully navigate our systems.
