We are looking for driven team members who want to join us on our mission to lead cloud security globally. Does this sound like the right place for you?


You will work on site from our Raleigh Office (5 days a week).


What you will do
  • Reporting to the Global Director, Talent Acquisition you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of roles across multiple departments
  • You will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted JDs and Role Scorecards
  • You will develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline (passive and active)
  • You will oversee the hiring process to provide an excellence experience for both candidates and hiring managers
  • You will use Lever Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintain accurate data to produce weekly analytics and insights


What you will bring with you
  • 7+ years of global recruiting experience across multiple roles, including Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Support, General Administration and Marketing
  • You have over 7 years of in-house recruiting experience within a SaaS company
  • Comfortable operating in high-growth, startup environments

The U.S. annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is between $126,000 and 170,000 USD/year. This range represents a combination of annual base pay and targeted commission. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
