Description
The PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Change Analyst is responsible for managing and executing changes within the PLM system, ensuring compliance with change management processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to assess the impact of changes. This role is essential for ensuring that product changes are managed efficiently and that product data remains accurate and up-to-date throughout the product lifecycle Change Management: Manage the lifecycle of product changes, including Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Manufacturing Change Orders (MCOs), and Change Requests (CRs). Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of product data within the PLM system, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), part numbers, and product documentation. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and other departments to facilitate smooth change implementation and resolve any issues. Process Compliance: Adhere to and enforce change management processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. System Maintenance: Maintain and update the PLM system, including user access, system configurations, and data migrations. Training and Support: Provide training and support to users of the PLM system, helping them understand and navigate the change management process. Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on change management metrics, such as turnaround times, compliance rates, and data accuracy

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in PLM or a related field. Proficiency with PLM tools (e.g., Agile, Windchill, Teamcenter). Strong understanding of product development processes and change management principles. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the relevant industry (e.g., ISO, FDA).

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
