The Product Department is central to CtrlChain’s success. With four high-performing, in-house agile teams, as well as dedicated Support and Data teams, we in Product operate with around 50 professionals in committed to delivering cutting-edge logistics solutions.

What You’ll Do 

As a Product Owner, you will own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for your product area, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and market trends. You will be at the heart of agile product development, driving value creation and collaborating closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Product Vision & Roadmap 

  • Define and communicate a clear, inspiring product vision and roadmap that aligns with CtrlChain’s business objectives and market needs. 
  • Ensure all stakeholders are engaged and informed about product direction and priorities. 

2. Backlog Management & Ownership 

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, breaking down features into actionable user stories. 
  • Ensure sprint and quarterly goals are focused on delivering maximum value for both the customer and the business. 

3. Stakeholder Collaboration 

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, ensuring alignment on product goals and managing expectations. 
  • Act as the key point of contact between the business and development teams. 

4. Customer-Centric & Data-Driven Decision Making 

  • Gather insights from customers, market trends, and data analytics to inform product decisions. 
  • Validate assumptions and continuously iterate on the product to drive measurable impact. 

5. Risk Management & Problem Solving 

  • Proactively identify risks, address challenges, and adapt plans to ensure smooth and timely product delivery. 
  • Use sound judgment and input from the team to make confident, impactful decisions. 

6. Business Empathy & Emotional Intelligence 

  • Balance stakeholder expectations, team needs, and business objectives. 
  • Demonstrate empathy and emotional intelligence when navigating complex and diverse business and team dynamics. 

Who You Are 

You are a passionate and proactive Product Owner with a track record of delivering value-driven products. Specifically, you have: 

  • 3–8 years of Product Owner experience, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or tech-driven environments. 
  • Strong agile expertise, with experience to build a well-prioritized and organized backlog, enabling the team to achieve sprint and quarterly goals with delivering
  • Excellent Collaboration & Communication Skills – You build trust with stakeholders and improve team collaboration. 
  • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Abilities – You confidently tackle challenges and make informed decisions. 
  • Business Empathy & Emotional Intelligence – You balance stakeholders needs with business goals and team constraints.  
  • Relevant certifications, such as PSPO I or II, are a plus. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s is a bonus). 
  • Fluency in English (additional European languages are a bonus).
