Thomson Reuters is looking for an AI Product Trainer team to join the Customer Success team!

About the Role

Thomson Reuters is looking for an AI Product Trainer with 3+ years of experience to join our Customer Success team. Your responsibilities will include onboarding and training our customers on our generative AI software, developing and implementing strategies to drive product adoption and maximize usage, managing customer accounts to ensure that customers’ training needs are being met, and supporting our sales teams. 

A law degree or formal legal educational background is required. The ideal candidate also has significant experience working in legal technology and/or AI-based software platforms, or for another SaaS company in a customer-facing role.

As the AI Product Trainer, you will:

  • Onboarding and training customers on our software, including developing customized training programs to serve specific client needs;

  • Regularly meeting and communicating with customers to ensure that their needs are being met and that each customer is realizing the full value of our software;

  • Managing customers accounts to ensure that customers’ needs are being met, including offering tailored training programs to address specific client needs and pain points;

  • Providing support to customers by answering questions about product usage and troubleshooting technical issues;

  • Communicating with internal departments, including sales, customer support, and marketing, to ensure that the company is meeting Enterprise client needs;

  • Developing long-term strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase retention rates;

  • Providing training and support to prospective customers in trials and pursuing related initiatives to support our sales team.

About You

  • You have a law degree/formal legal education

  • Ideally, you have worked in legal technology

  • You have experience with training and interacting with customers regularly

  • You are interested in learning about new technology and software – we offer a suite of cutting-edge A.I.-based software products

  • You are personable, have a positive attitude, enjoy problem-solving, and helping customers

  • You enjoy working on cross-functional teams and contributing to broader outcomes–particularly ones focused on positive customer experiences

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.

For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $72,100 - $133,900.

This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
