Life at TodayTix Group

We thrive in a nimble, growth-oriented environment where adaptability, curiosity, and a bias toward action help us stay ahead of the curve. We move quickly, iterate often, and expect everyone to take ownership of their impact - because we're building the future of live events, and there’s no script for what comes next.

New joiners are set up for success with a 90-day onboarding journey, complete with clear goals and measurable milestones. We believe feedback fuels growth, so we hold twice-yearly performance reviews focused on impact and development.

Above all, you’ll be working alongside a team of collaborative, passionate, and kind humans - people who love theatre and live experiences, and who support each other just as much as they challenge each other to do great work.

We are seeking outstanding applicants of all backgrounds to join our team to bring new voices, talent, and perspectives to the table. We encourage all to apply.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Partnerships Manager to join our New York team and play a key role in securing and growing the supply of live entertainment on the TodayTix Group platforms. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Off-Broadway, immersive, and live event partners—managing everything from onboarding and pricing strategy to sales reporting and marketing collaboration.

You’ll work cross-functionally with our Marketing and Supply Operations teams to ensure shows are set up for commercial success and that our customers always have access to the best of New York entertainment. You’ll also support our Senior Partnerships Directors on Broadway accounts, giving you exposure to high-profile partnerships while continuing to build your own book of business.

This is a high-impact, partner-facing role that blends strategic thinking, account management, and hands-on execution. We’re looking for someone who’s commercially curious, excited by data and performance, and eager to build lasting relationships in the industry.

Please note: This is a full-time position based in New York. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week.

What Success Looks Like:
  • Fostering Strong Relationships With Partners: Retain 90%+ of existing partners year over year. Level up 3 partnerships per quarter with media buys or enhanced commission agreements.
  • Increasing Unique Supply: Onboard 15+ new unique productions per quarter and introduce 20 new access programs or incentive-based offers per quarter, contributing to overall supply growth.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Supply Operations teams to launch quarterly multishow campaigns with 80%+ of major partners participating.
  • Ownership of Sales Reporting: Pull sales reports and respond to partner inquiries within 24 hours of receipt. Deliver quarterly insights decks to assigned partners, including actionable insights.

What You’ll Do:
  • Own and manage relationships with Commercial Off-Broadway, immersive, and live event partners, ensuring smooth onboarding, performance tracking, and ongoing support.
  • Pitch TTG’s partnership offerings —including media, incentives, and access programs— to increase sales and visibility for shows.
  • Support Senior Directors on Broadway accounts, trafficking details of pricing, promotions, and reporting to relevant departments.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Campaign Strategy teams to prioritize partner promotions and develop multi-show campaigns.
  • Partner with the Supply Operations team on show setup, inventory management, invoicing, and pricing strategies.
  • Interpret sales data and partner insights to drive performance and shape recommendations.

We’re Looking for Someone With:
  • 3+ years of relevant theater industry experience or background in Partnerships (theater administration, arts management, sales, partnerships or marketing).
  • Enthusiastic interest in NY theater landscape, including both non-profits and commercial
  • Previous experience in client servicing or partner success is preferred.
  • A natural relationship builder, with a skill for finding common ground and creative solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally, including comfort with public speaking and sales pitching.
  • Experience with sales reporting tools and Google Drive.
  • Skills in effective multitasking, with the ability to think both big-picture and granularly about how to achieve success.
  • A willingness to “roll up their sleeves” to directly support execution of important projects.
