As a Customer Experience Specialist at Too Good To Go, you'll play a vital role in our mission to combat food waste while working from the comfort of your home in Poland! In this role, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our platform, assisting users and partners through various channels such as email, chat, and phone. Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Lead, you'll thrive in a fast-paced yet supportive environment where teamwork is key. Your day-to-day will involve answering customer inquiries, providing stellar customer service, and working closely with other teams to identify and resolve challenges quickly. We’re looking for someone with great communication skills in both Polish and English, and if you know additional languages, even better! A background in customer service, especially using CRMs like Zendesk or Salesforce, is a plus.
