Your mission

The SAP Business Analyst/Finance Functional Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP systems to meet business needs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business processes, gather requirements, and design effective SAP solutions. The SAP Business Analyst also serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of SAP projects and enhancements.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

  • Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and translate them into SAP requirements SAP S/4HANA.

  • Maintaining master data within SAP ERP systems.

  • Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and Implement business approved configuration to meet business requirements.

  • Perform gap analysis to determine the necessary customization for S/4HANA implementation or enhancement.

  • Support integration of S/4HANA with other systems and ensure smooth data flows between modules and external applications.

  • Develop test scenarios, conduct unit and integration testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users.

  • Validate that SAP S/4HANA configurations meet business requirements and resolve any issues before deployment.

  • Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting within the S/4HANA environment.

  • Document system processes, configurations, and workflows for reference and future enhancements.

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure business users are proficient in using SAP S/4HANA.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in S/4 HANA Finance.

  • Proven participation in large size projects with a delivery coordination role is a plus.

  • Core Finance background with Certification in S/4 HANA Finance or any automation/Innovation tool is a plus.

  • Proven experience as an SAP Business Analyst with a focus on S/4HANA implementations and configurations.

  • Proficiency in managing and maintaining master data within ERP systems such as SAP.

  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially in master data modules.

  • Strong understanding of core SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., SAP FI, SAP CO (Controlling), SAP AA (Asset Accounting), etc. Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration, configuration, and system integration.

  • Experience in business process modelling and optimization using S/4HANA.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the S/4HANA environment.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.

  • SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.

  • Ability to work in a multicultural and distributed context (e.g., IT project teams and business stakeholders in disperse locations around the world.

  • Ability to work in a hybrid model (onsite, remote, international travel).

  • Quick learner and easy adaptable to new technologies.

  • Problem solver and the ability to define and communicate the “big picture” in terms of the overall integration solution and break it down into smaller manageable work units.
