As a Senior Technical Process Owner, you will drive the technical strategy and optimization of multiple Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) subprocesses within Salesforce CRM and related sales systems. In this role, you’ll work closely with solution architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions, ensuring seamless integration and system reliability.
You’ll also play a key role in process optimization, documentation, and continuous improvement, staying ahead of Salesforce advancements and industry best practices.
Salesforce CRM Expertise:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the technical aspects related to multiple Quote to Cash (Q2C) subprocesses within the Salesforce CRM system and related sales systems
Translate business requirements into technical specifications by collaborating with solution architects ensuring a user-friendly and streamlined experience
Be a key contributor to ensuring the Process you own fits correctly within the broader technical architecture
System Integration:
Work closely with other technical systems, understanding their role in Q2C process and ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce CRM
Work with solution architects and developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system interconnectivity, maintaining data integrity and reliability
Process Optimization:
Become an expert in the multiple Q2C sub-processes and work in a collaborative way with the rest of the Q2C tech owners to build sound E2E solutions
Analyze and understand sales operations processes to identify areas for improvement and technical optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and insights on current processes.
Documentation and Training:
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of technical processes, configurations, and integrations
Create user-friendly guides and tutorials to facilitate self-service for common technical inquiries.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement in technical processes
Identify opportunities for innovation and improved system functionality, collaborating with relevant teams to implement these enhancements
Lead regular reviews of technical processes, seeking stakeholder feedback and iterating on improvements
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, collaborating with solution architects and developers
Experience analyzing and optimizing Q2C sub-processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for technical improvement
Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot data integrity, system reliability, and technical performance issues
Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, process flows, and user guides
Ability to develop training materials and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions with stakeholders
Ability to stay up to date with Salesforce releases and industry best practices, recommending and implementing enhancements
Experience leading technical process reviews, gathering feedback, and driving iterative improvements.
