RevOps Analyst

Veriff is actively hiring its founding RevOps Analyst for its São Paulo office in Brazil! 

Veriff’s GTM team members combine a customer-centric and can-do attitude to foster customer relationships and drive growth and new business for our company. As a part of our Revenue Operations team, you’ll support other functions in the GTM organization with tooling, insights, training, and optimization so that they can focus on revenue-generating activities. Your main areas of ownership include but are not limited to owning Tier 1 Support for all GTM users in the Americas, improving Data Quality, and enabling users. You will also help us visualize our success by creating insightful reports and dashboards. Being a power user of our tools, you can teach your colleagues how to get the full value and effect from any platform. 

You’ll help us protect honest people online by:

  • Act as a primary contact and subject matter expert for Quote/Order Form creation, contract requirements, pricing, operations, approval policies, commercial terms, and resolving deal issues or sales escalations in your region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including GTM, Finance, Legal, and Product, to review and address concerns related to non-standard deal structures.
  • Continuously monitor deals from quote creation to opportunity closure in Salesforce to ensure data accuracy, including processes to continuously check this data
  • Provide quick and efficient support to GTM team members as they work to acquire new customers or retain existing ones.
  • Conduct multiple Data Quality checks to ensure the CRM has the utmost data integrity.
  • Assist the RevOps teams by taking on special projects, including data cleansing, process improvement, delivering enablement, and improving adoption.

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have/are:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a RevOps Analyst, Deal Desk Analyst,  or similar experience in a Go To Market function in a fast paced startup environment 
  • Highly detail-oriented and diligent
  • Excellent spreadsheet skills 
  • An ability to see the bigger picture
  • Understanding of the sales process and sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools.
  • Knowledge of contract management and order processing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (including advanced functions like pivot tables and VLOOKUPs).
  • Experience with CRM and CPQ software.

You’re an especially awesome match if you have/are:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Configuration
  • Knowledge in HubSpot
  • Knowledge in process automation and tooling
  • Trilingual in English/Spanish/Portuguese

Av. Paulista, 1079-Bela Vista, São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid) - This role follows a hybrid model, requiring at least 3 (three) days per week in our soon-to-open brand-new São Paulo office.
