  • Lead and manage complex technology projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including project milestones, timeline, and budget. Coordinate resources and personnel needed to successfully complete projects.
  • Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
  • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
  • Analyze economics of project plans and provide actionable feedback relating to cost benefit and return-on-investment standards.
  • Conduct risk management tasks, identify potential risks, and develop contingency plans.
  • Ensure project aligns with the technology and business strategies of the organization.
  • Position reports to the Foster City, CA office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
