About the team
Our Partnerships team recruits and curates the experience of advertisers, exhibitors and partners like Google, Meta, HSBC, Box, KPMG, Audi, Coca Cola, and hundreds of others across all our conferences. The team works with leading companies to offer our attendees unique experiences, whether it’s an engaging activation on the conference floor, via our online platforms or intimate networking dinner.
Role
As Web Summit continues its global expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated Partnerships Business Development Executive to drive the growth of our partnership sales and expand our global customer base. In this role, you’ll be responsible for outreach, prospecting, and qualifying new partner opportunities across our worldwide events.
You’ll work closely with the sales team, focusing on building relationships with potential clients and generating a high volume of qualified leads. The key objective is to ensure a strong conversion rate at the top of the funnel. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in sales and business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
