BCBA / BC- ABA Consultant (Contractor): Daytime Hours

As a BCBA or BC-ABA Consultant at Access Services, your primary responsibilities include assessing and creating personalized treatment plans for children and adolescents with autism and other behavioral health diagnoses. You will utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and methods to address behavioral issues and teach new skills, while also collaborating with families and various professionals to ensure the implementation of behavior strategies across different environments.

To qualify for the BCBA / BC-ABA Consultant position at Access Services, candidates must possess a Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field. Additionally, you must have a Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist/Behavior Specialist Licensure and a minimum of 1 year of post-Master’s experience providing ABA services. For BCBAs, a current clinical certification as a BCBA is also required.

Access Services offers considerable flexibility in working hours for BCBA / BC-ABA Consultants. Daily hours are primarily between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm, with additional availability in the evenings and weekends, which allows you to communicate your schedule preferences to fit the diverse needs of our clients.

The compensation for BCBA / BC-ABA Consultants at Access Services is competitive, with BC-ABA Consultants earning an hourly rate of $50 and BCBAs earning between $75 and $85 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
