  Job Title: Graphic Designer

Type: Full-Time, Remote

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5 pm (PST)

Compensation: USD $1800 - 2000 (Salary based on assessment)

Job Overview:

As our in-house Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for creating visually stunning assets across various platforms, including website, social media, paid ad creatives, and email marketing. You'll blend photography, graphic design, and storytelling to craft a cohesive brand experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging assets for websites, social media, ads and email campaigns.

  • Develop compelling graphic narratives to enhance brand storytelling.

  • Ensure brand consistency and coherence across all visual assets.

  • Craft persuasive copywriting for email campaigns.

  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to produce high-quality content.

  • Maintain and organize a cloud-based asset library.

  • Design visually appealing email campaign formats.

  • Maintain brand guidelines and evolve them as needed.

  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Canva  for daily design tasks.

  • Create motion graphics and animations for social media and websites (GIFs, short videos).

  • Perform basic video editing.

Requirements:

Must-haves:

  • Minimum  3+ years of professional graphic design experience.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

  • Excellent understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling.

  • Experience with email campaign design and copywriting.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice- to-haves:

  • Basic motion graphics/video editing skills (a plus!)

  • Proven experience working with e-commerce and fashion brands, demonstrating an understanding of the industry's visual trends and marketing strategies.
