Antenna Group is a leading international content, media and entertainment organization, owning and operating a diverse portfolio of global media assets across a variety of platforms: Television, Pay TV, OTT, Radio, Cinema Exhibition, Digital, Music, Publishing and Education, throughout Europe, North America and Australia. Antenna Group is currently seeking, to cover the following position:


Project Manager


About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and elevate our social media presence and content strategy. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role plays a key part in managing day-to-day content creation, community engagement, and digital campaign execution. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on -someone who understands the power of storytelling, follows the latest social trends, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Create, edit, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, reels). Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers as needed
  • Community Management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and messages. Build and nurture online communities and brand advocates
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices. Identify opportunities for virality or trending content formats
  • Brand Voice & Consistency: Ensure content aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and visual identity. Maintain consistency across all platforms
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, PR, and customer service teams. Support cross-functional campaigns and product launch
  • Crisis Management: Respond quickly and appropriately to potential PR issues on social media
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) & propose actionable improvements
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; An MSc degree will be considered as a plus
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media
  • Deep understanding of content trends, algorithms, and audience growth tactic
  • Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in content creation, social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), and multimedia production
  • Skilled in planning and executing recruitment events, open houses, and webinars
  • Strong communication, creativity, organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
