Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and definition through development and global rollout.
  • Champion industry engagement and adoption, effectively communicating the value of Product Catalog to airline partners, GDSs, and technology providers.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with key external stakeholders to build consensus, secure commitments, and influence industry direction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Strategy, Commercial, and Marketing teams to deliver cohesive, innovative solutions.
  • Guide trade-off decisions to optimize product value, timeline, and performance.
  • Mentor senior product managers and contribute to a high-performing, customer-centric product culture.
  • Provide executive-level communication on product strategy, adoption progress, and market impact.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in product management, with a focus on leading complex, high-impact initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in the airline, travel tech, or distribution space—deep industry knowledge is a must, in particular around offer creation.
  • Strong track record of driving industry collaboration, building trust with external partners, and achieving adoption for cross-company initiatives.
  • Expertise in managing product strategy, market positioning, and stakeholder alignment at a global scale.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influence skills across technical and business audiences.
