Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Authentic is a global brand development, marketing, and entertainment platform looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting functions within Corporate, Entertainment, and Lifestyle divisions.
Skills
- 5 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or Talent Acquisition within a startup environment
- Experience in Lifestyle, Entertainment, Media Industry
- Experience with ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and data-driven approaches
- Adept user of LinkedIn Recruiter
Responsibilities
- Manage full life-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Source active and passive candidates through multiple channels
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate the offer process
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview processes
Education
- BA/BS degree in human resources, business, or related field
