Authentic is a global brand development, marketing, and entertainment platform looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting functions within Corporate, Entertainment, and Lifestyle divisions.

Skills

5 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or Talent Acquisition within a startup environment
Experience in Lifestyle, Entertainment, Media Industry
Experience with ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and data-driven approaches
Adept user of LinkedIn Recruiter

Responsibilities

Manage full life-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Source active and passive candidates through multiple channels
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate the offer process
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview processes

Education

BA/BS degree in human resources, business, or related field
