The HR Generalist role has responsibility to provide a full range of day to day and project HR support. This role also serves as a primary point of contact to Supply Chain associates within Fortune Brands Innovations, for general HR questions and support. This role provides operational support in the areas of recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, communication, engagement and HR policies and procedures.
This is a hybrid position reporting the Fortune Brands Innovations HQ in Deerfield, IL.
RESPONSIBLIITIES:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree required (Degree in HR or relevant field preferred) and a minimum of 4 years working in a HR environment. HR Generalist experience required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $50,000-$84,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
