Website Optimization Manager

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Web Optimization & Content Manager to join our Brand and Content team. In this role, you will own the day-to-day management of our WordPress website, ensuring the website serves as a high-performing marketing asset by managing content, enhancing user experience, and improving conversion rates You will work closely with internal stakeholders and our external web agency to bring our digital vision to life while optimizing site performance and engagement.  

Your Responsibilities:

Website management and optimization

  • Build and update web pages using existing WordPress templates and modules, ensuring brand consistency and a high-quality user experience
  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to implement and manage A/B tests and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies
  • Support SEO best practices in alignment with guidance from our SEO agency to drive organic traffic growth

Request triage and stakeholder collaboration

  • Manage and prioritize incoming web requests from internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, aligning website changes with business goals

Agency relationship and resource management

  • Act as the liaison between Beekeeper and our external web agency, ensuring effective communication and project alignment
  • Track and optimize the usage of managed service hours with the web agency, maximizing value and efficiency

Content strategy and execution

  • Collaborate with Brand and Content teams to develop and deploy new content strategies that drive engagement and lead generation
  • Ensure all web content is on-brand, consistent in style, effectively communicates our messaging, and is SEO-optimized

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in web content management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong proficiency with WordPress, including page building and content management 
  • Experience with CRO, user journey mapping, A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely), and website management best practices
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Understanding of on-page and technical SEO best practices to support agency recommendations

*For Colorado residents: The base salary range for this position’s level is between $72,000 and $97,000. 

*For New York and California residents: The base salary range for this position’s level is between $76,000 and $110,000.

Our total compensation consists of base salary (depending on education, experience, knowledge, skills, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data), stock options plus several additional benefit coverage including learning and development fund, Home Office Set-up reimbursement and the rest of the benefits you can see here.
