We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Web Optimization & Content Manager to join our Brand and Content team. In this role, you will own the day-to-day management of our WordPress website, ensuring the website serves as a high-performing marketing asset by managing content, enhancing user experience, and improving conversion rates You will work closely with internal stakeholders and our external web agency to bring our digital vision to life while optimizing site performance and engagement.

*For Colorado residents: The base salary range for this position’s level is between $72,000 and $97,000.
*For New York and California residents: The base salary range for this position’s level is between $76,000 and $110,000.
Our total compensation consists of base salary (depending on education, experience, knowledge, skills, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data), stock options plus several additional benefit coverage including learning and development fund, Home Office Set-up reimbursement and the rest of the benefits you can see here.
