Job Description

  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports using Power BI
  • Collect, clean, and analyze recruitment data to support hiring strategies
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to optimize hiring processes through data insights and automatization
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and sourcing effectiveness and provide insights to prepare business decisions
  • Provide insights into candidate pipelines and sources
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity and clean data models
  • Manage, drive and support recruitment process focused digitalization and AI projects
  • Evaluate risks in terms of cost and quality, setting milestones, monitoring development and defining new standards
  • Responsible for creating and executing training concept for the future users
  • Documenting project results and support IT documentation and requirements

Qualifications

Professional background:

  • University degree in Economics, Business or comparable
  • 3+ years of experience in BI Analytics
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Excel
  • Expertise in data visualization best practices to present clear and actionable insights
  • Strong data validation and troubleshooting skills to ensure accuracy.
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian is required

Personality:

  • Self-driven with a proactive approach to solving business challenges
  • Passion for data storytelling and creating impactful visual reports
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly detail-oriented, ensuring reports are accurate and reliable

Further advantages:

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS is preferred.
  • SQL skills
