Product Rendering Specialist

Position Summary

The Product Rendering Specialist under the direction of the Director of Marketing & Communications will primarily be responsible for executing marketing campaign tactics for all BRC and Tayco products. The Product Rendering Specialist will be responsible for a variety of marketing initiatives including the creation of 3D renderings, 3D floorplans, installation videos and visuals, price books, website typicals, and any other promotional materials as required. They will be expected to use their graphic design skills to create and/or enhance all marketing collateral and will have the ability to become well versed in all of BRC and Tayco product offerings. They will have the opportunity to excel in all areas of 3D design, space planning, and marketing strategies.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, and creating all tooney and photoreal renderings for marketing materials
  • Coordinating and instructing third party renderers as required
  • Assisting the Director of Marketing and Communication with maintaining photoshoot and rendering budget for both BRC and Tayco
  • Works with Marketing Team to determine applicable layouts, fabrics and finishes for website typicals and promotional materials
  • Develops all toony renderings, 3D floor plans for both BRC and Tayco websites and bids as needed
  • Coordinates all requested price book changes and maintains all Tayco and BRC ordering materials including but not limited to price books, sales sheets and website typicals.
  • Involvement in new product development as required to develop a strong understanding of product installation
  • Creates and manages updates for all installation instructions for Tayco and BRC
  • Coordinates and develops and manages installation videos for each product line, including project managing required resources to ensure easily accessible seamless, step by step visuals for installers
  • Assisting with updating all Tayco and BRC specification guides and creating new specification guides as necessary
  • Involved in strategic thinking to develop an ideal user experience for all installation and price books usage, as well as bid and quotation packages
  • Key player in choosing new laminates and fabrics for the BRC and Tayco lines, including staying up to date with market trends to make directional recommendations
  • Assisting with CET training and trouble shooting
  • Using Twin motion to save cost in regard to photorealistic renderings
  • Weekly renderings for Tayco and BRC
  • Assist sales team both BRC and Tayco with unique product applications
  • Administrative tasks as required
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • University degree in Design
  • 4 years’ experience with design functions in commercial furnishing manufacturing or related industries
  • Excellent computer skills including advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Robust knowledge of space planning and rendering development programs including AutoCad, Solidworks, CET or other similar programming
  • Understanding of components and install for commercial furnishing manufacturing products is considered an assets
  • Is a problem solver with the ability to work independently as well as in a group setting
  • Ability to deliver tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Ability to work well with others and take direction and criticism in a positive manner.
  • Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly and to ensure they are clearly communicated to an audience.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule and is available to come into the office as required.
