We are seeking a skilled and strategic Product Owner of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to lead the development and optimization of our marketing automation capabilities. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across marketing, IT, and customer experience teams to define and prioritize the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) roadmap. You will be responsible for ensuring that SFMC is leveraged effectively to drive customer engagement, optimize campaign performance, and enhance personalization efforts across our B2B Pharmaceutical Organization.
As the Product Owner, you will bridge business needs with technical execution, translating requirements into actionable user stories and working with developers and administrators to implement solutions. You will also monitor platform performance, drive adoption across teams, and continuously evaluate new features to maximize business value.
