Child Start is looking for a Site Operations Manager who is a highly qualified professional in the human services field, ready to oversee the overall strategies of Head Start centers in providing both direct classroom and family services that foster lifelong success for children and promote self-sufficiency for families. This role involves training and supporting Site Supervisors in enhancing their management skills to match the complexities of their responsibilities. The manager will develop standardized systems and best practices for center oversight and ensure their effective implementation. Additionally, they will lead the recruitment of new Site Supervisors and create pathways for non-management staff to acquire management experience, all while ensuring the continuity of center services.
