The ideal candidate should have at least five years of operational management experience and a knack for human resources, finance, and IT management. Bilingual in English and Spanish? That’s a fantastic plus! We need someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited to work directly with our scholars. You'll enjoy a structured schedule from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Fridays, with potential growth within our organization.
