Partner with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to U.S. employment laws and CreatorIQ's internal policies.
Oversee the full employee life cycle—from onboarding through offboarding and alumni engagement—with a focus on delivering a “red carpet” experience.
Lead employee relations processes and performance-related actions with fairness, consistency, and empathy.
Act as a key change leader, guiding your teams through ongoing transformation and cultural renewal under our evolving global strategy.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People Operations to support efficient, equitable, and data-driven hiring and operational practices.
