In addition to overseeing HR programs and initiatives in the region, this role serves as the primary HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our Sales and Customer Experience (CX) teams, working closely with senior leadership to drive strategic people initiatives, support performance, and foster a culture of excellence and inclusion.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this leader will be a key partner across functions and geographies, providing proactive, data-informed HR guidance and building strong, trusted relationships at all levels of the organization. This is a high-impact role for a strategic HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance, values-driven environment.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Lead the North American HR function and serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders across the region.

  • Act as the HR Business Partner for the Sales and Customer Experience (CX) organizations, advising on organizational design, talent strategy, manager effectiveness, and workforce planning.

  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) across North America—embedding inclusive practices into hiring, promotions, talent development, and team engagement.

  • Collaborate with our Director of HR EMEA, People Analytics Analyst, HRIS Manager, and Compensation & Benefits Manager to ensure globally aligned yet locally relevant HR practices.

  • Drive adoption of company-wide performance and KPI frameworks by partnering with leaders and team members to implement role-specific goals and enable self-assessments aligned to business outcomes.

  • Serve as a leadership coach and thought partner to front-line managers and directors, reinforcing CreatorIQ’s management development efforts and feedback-forward culture.

  • Promote and embody CreatorIQ’s RICH HR values—Respect, Integrity, Consistency, and Honesty—in every interaction, decision, and program.

  • Leverage people data and insights to diagnose root causes, shape strategy, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance team member experience and business performance.

  • Partner with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to U.S. employment laws and CreatorIQ's internal policies.

  • Oversee the full employee life cycle—from onboarding through offboarding and alumni engagement—with a focus on delivering a “red carpet” experience.

  • Lead employee relations processes and performance-related actions with fairness, consistency, and empathy.

  • Act as a key change leader, guiding your teams through ongoing transformation and cultural renewal under our evolving global strategy.

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People Operations to support efficient, equitable, and data-driven hiring and operational practices.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

  • 8-10+ years of progressive HR experience in the U.S., including significant time in a strategic HRBP role supporting Sales and/or Customer Experience teams.

  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. labor and employment laws, with experience managing multi-state compliance and employee relations.

  • Demonstrated success leading or supporting DEI initiatives and creating inclusive, high-trust team environments.

  • Skilled in coaching leaders, influencing senior stakeholders, and building cross-functional alignment in a matrixed or global environment.

  • Experience working in high-growth or tech-enabled organizations, with a bias toward simplicity, scalability, and smart automation.

  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR), performance management platforms, and data-informed decision-making.

  • Passion for developing talent, solving problems, and helping people do the best work of their careers.

  • Ability to travel within North America as needed.
