Reporting to the Associate Director, Compensation Delivery, As the Senior Analyst, Compensation, you will support the execution of key compensation delivery processes on a global scale. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of compensation programs, maintaining data accuracy, and contributing to the organization's global total rewards strategy. You will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with compensation systems and tools. Additionally, you will require to possess agility, a passion for learning new things, and comfort with technology.
