The Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP) is a developmental two-year experience that will help you uncover your leadership potential, develop skills to be a successful HR professional, and be empowered to act as a change agent and connector of talent and resources in GE Vernova. When you join HRLP, you join a global community of HR professionals who have a passion to innovate and a strong desire to make a difference.Job DescriptionWhat you’ll do:GE Vernova’s Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP) is an early-career two-year rotational program composed of 3 rotations in different areas of the function and businesses to allow you to constantly challenge yourself. While on program, you will receive in-person and virtual training to aid in your development, have opportunities to lead and participate in impactful projects, and network with senior HR leaders across the globe.The program is divided into three eight-month rotations, with assignments in areas including: HR generalist/business partnership, employee relations, or specialist roles such as total rewards, people operations, talent acquisition, or talent management and development. Your experience will be unique and personalized based on your interests, competencies, and business needs. The responsibility and autonomy you are provided will empower you to make business-shaping decisions.What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications):• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in HR, business, psychology or related field with GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 without rounding.• Must be geographically mobile (locations vary). Relocation assistance provided.• Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship now and in the future for an unlimited period of time.What will make you stand out:• You’re a team player with a demonstrated ability to collaborate well with others. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity.• You demonstrate a lean mindset and are able to apply lean principles to streamline HR processes, reduce waste and enhance overall efficiency.• You’re humble: You reflect on key learnings from challenging situations & are open to accepting feedback with the intent to improve.• You have a sense of personal accountability and are willing to take initiative, roll up your sleeves to get the work done, and celebrate both wins and lessons learned.• You value transparency by sharing critical information, speaking with honesty, and contributing constructively.• You demonstrate leadership ability with your strong communicator skills (written and oral), as well as influencer & decision-maker skills.• You exhibit unyielding integrity.• You have prior GE Vernova experience in human resources, either full time or internship.• Candidates with Master’s degree focusing on human resources disciplines (e.g., industrial & labor relations, industrial & organizational psychology, organizational behavior) and a GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 will be strongly preferred.Where you will land in 2 years:Post successful completion of the two-year HR Leadership Program, you will have the opportunity to transition into a full time HR role with a GE Vernova business. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
