Culmen International is on the lookout for a talented IDIQ Program Manager to join our team in Alexandria, leading a critical Department of State Global Advisory IDIQ contract. This role isn't just about managing projects; it's about enhancing international capacity building in key partner nations, making a true difference in the world. In this dynamic position, you'll be the principal liaison for all contract matters, ensuring that our services align with the standards of the Department of State and the intricacies of the IDIQ agreement. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders, ranging from U.S. government agencies and international donors to local leaders and NGOs. Your strong leadership and communication skills will be pivotal as you address any challenges and identify opportunities for program growth. Ideally, you should have a Master's degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree with 8 years in U.S. Government acquisitions, along with significant project management background in Foreign Assistance programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate complex programmatic issues in English are essential.
