Collaborate with the product manager, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that user requirements are met, and user feedback is incorporated.QualificationsRequired:- Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)- 2+ years of design and research experience in a consulting or in-house environment, utilizing the ServiceNow platform- Experience with modern design tools like Sketch, Axure, Principle, Framer, and InVision- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required level of security clearance for this role- Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you servePreferred:- Experience producing and/or overseeing the production of Figma prototypes- Experience implementing Low Fidelity Concepts- Experience performing User Research (Quantitative/Qualitative) and Usability Testing- Experience with Heuristic Evaluation as a usability inspection method- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your experience, storytelling, and design presentation skills- Proven ability to drive the design direction in terms of user interaction and design patterns- Prior experience in reviewing existing systems and processes to identify UX issues and develop UX recommendations- A passion for public serviceThe teamDeloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology, and outcomes-is designed for impact.
