Job Description

Devoteam is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Prague. We are the team of  professional recruiters focused on sourcing, attracting, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles within the Information Technology sector. 

What will be your work activities?

  • Advertising vacancies on job portals
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using different sources
  • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
  • Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants 
  • Reporting on weekly basis
  • Close cooperation with hiring managers, identification of their needs
  • Administration of  recruitment systems and tools

 

Qualifications

The ideal Recruiter should:

  • Have several years experience with IT recruitment
  • Have experience with sourcing and reaching candidates through social networks (LinkedIn is a must)
  • Be able to continuously generate a healthy pipeline of candidates
  • Can conduct interviews for a variety of roles
  • Be able to multi-task and to manage priorities (manage multiple searches, and stakeholders, at different stages of the recruitment cycle at the same time)
  • Have exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Be goal oriented, self-motivated, driven with proactive approach
  • Have fluent Czech and advanced English language knowledge
