Who We’re Looking For:


Digital Mass is adding Salesforce Developers to our growing team.  We are looking for an excellent Salesforce Developer with experience in Sales and Service Cloud development. This position services client projects to ensure the technical needs meet expectations.  As part of the development group that serves a client, a Salesforce Developer will share development knowledge with all team members and work with teammates on large enterprise engagements. Excellent problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong desire to learn Salesforce are essential.


What You’ll Do:
  • Program, test and debug features on company projects as assigned; projects will focus on programming Salesforce.com custom components.
  • Expand your knowledge of technical and functional design requirements
  • Design, code, test and document technical solutions.
  • Demonstrate an ability to cooperate with a variety of people
  • Identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions
  • Elevate project concerns to appropriate internal project sponsors
  • Manage and maintain a collaborative working relationship with clients and consistently delivering high-quality services
  • Prioritize multiple tasks effectively


What You’ll Need:
  • 1-2 years of experience of Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce and Lightning components.
  • Database manipulation with a strong understanding of SQL
  • Platform Developer 1 certification
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Experience with front end development tooling including HTML and CSS

$70,000 - $120,000 a year
Digital Mass is proud to offer our employees and their families a robust benefits package!
