Job Description:

What You'll Do:
Responsible for supporting the administration of the leave of absences in accordance with company policies and compliance with federal and state laws. Partners with vendors, management, and employee relations representative to evaluate and research issues regarding leave of absences. Leads the general accommodation process.

How You'll Do It

  • Audits leave records to ensure accuracy. Resolves payroll inquiries and ensures leave of absence components of employee pay is accurate. Enters paid time off into Workday and ensuring time is properly reflected in timekeeping systems. Coordinates return from leaves with security and employee relations teams.
  • Partners with vendors, management, and employee relations to evaluate and research issues regarding leave of absence issues.
  • Partners with vendors and Payroll to ensure state disability and military leave offset processes are seamless. Ensures Workday status are accurate and worker's compensation time is entered appropriately. Maintains exception requests for manual checks with Payroll. Monitors family care leaves.
  • Assists with the development and maintenance of procedures to ensure compliance with laws and Company standards. Identifies process improvement opportunities and supports their implementation.


Qualifications You'll Need

  • H.S. Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years Human Resources or related

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $51,600.00 to $72,640.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
