About This Opportunity:
The Senior Manager of Recurring Revenue will lead the global team of Renewal Managers to drive customer retention and expansion outcomes. This role is central to ensuring Doceboâs continued growth by overseeing contract renewals, managing risk forecasting, and collaborating closely with Customer Success and Account Management teams. The Senior Manager will leverage their extensive experience in SaaS renewals to build scalable processes, foster strong customer and internal relationships, and achieve organizational revenue targets.
