About Wild Spring Dunes

Wild Spring Dunes will be a public golf resort and refuge with world-class golf, accommodations, and homesites. Two courses are routed with plans established for a short course and practice center.


Set on over 2,400 sandy, secluded acres, here you will find dramatic elevation changes that highlight four distinct and diverse ecosystems: towering pines and hardwood forest, open, grassy meadows, rolling hills, and steep ravines carved by spring-fed creeks that crawl through the secluded site. Wild Spring Dunes is an escape, a destination, a place to come together in community – a home for golf and wilderness lovers alike.



What You’ll Do:
  • Keep our turf equipment fleet operating at peak performance, ensuring our courses play as beautifully as they were designed.
  • Lead a proactive maintenance program—tracking repairs, scheduling service, and staying ahead of potential issues.
  • Manage the equipment budget, closely monitor inventory, order parts, and make cost-effective decisions.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop—because a well-run operation starts with a well-kept workspace.
  • Work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent and grounds crew, training staff on proper equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Support course maintenance, construction, and grow-in operations as we continue to shape Wild Spring Dunes into something extraordinary.


What You Bring:
  • A deep understanding of golf course equipment maintenance, from small engines to heavy machinery.
  • Hands-on experience with reel grinding, hydraulic systems, and electrical diagnostics.
  • The ability to diagnose and repair turf and landscape equipment quickly and efficiently.
  • Welding and metal fabrication skills? Even better.
