As a Talent Scout, you’ll thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, managing multiple requisitions while building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Success in this role requires the ability to pivot quickly, perform under pressure, and embrace continuous growth.
You’ll play a critical role in rapidly sourcing and securing top talent across the country for positions such as Caregivers, CNAs, Mental Health Specialists, and salaried operational managers. Speed, efficiency, and strategic thinking will be key as you partner with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment plans, leveraging platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn to identify both active and passive candidates.
Collaboration is essential—you’ll work closely with HR, operations, and leadership to ensure seamless hiring processes, provide training on best practices, and navigate compliance and state-specific hiring requirements. You’ll also assess candidate viability, negotiate offers, and continuously refine recruitment strategies to stay ahead in a competitive market.
This role demands agility, resilience, and sharp decision-making, with the flexibility to support hiring efforts across multiple time zones.
