Job Summary: As an Employee Experience Intern at e.l.f. Beauty, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of employee engagement programs that enhance our company culture. You will contribute to a variety of initiatives, including company events, recognition programs, and internal communications, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for employees. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR, employee engagement, and corporate communications while making a meaningful impact on our workplace culture.


Responsibilities:

- Employee Engagement Programs: Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives such as company events, recognition programs, and internal culture campaigns, ensuring all activities are well-organized and engaging.

- Internal Communications: Contribute to the drafting and dissemination of Slack messages, newsletters, and employee spotlights. Manage and update content on employee experience platforms to foster company-wide engagement.

- Onboarding Support: Aid in the coordination and administration of the new hire onboarding program, ensuring a welcoming and well-organized experience for incoming employees.

- Research and Insights: Conduct research on current employee experience trends and industry best practices to provide insights that help enhance our engagement strategies and workplace culture initiatives.

- Summer Internship Program: Support the planning and execution of the summer e.l.f.ternship program, managing logistics, events, and engagement initiatives for interns.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across HR, Corporate Communications, and People Development to help implement and support employee experience initiatives.


Requirements:

-Currently a rising Junior/Senior pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, Psychology, or a related field.

-Able to commute to the NYC office from late May to early June.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and professional messaging.

- Proficiency in Canva and a strong creative eye for designing visually appealing internal communications and assets.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong tech-savviness, including experience with Microsoft Office, Slack, Airtable, and other collaboration tools.

- Innovative and proactive mindset with a passion for bringing fresh, creative ideas to employee engagement initiatives.

- Previous experience (internship or work) in HR, employee engagement, event planning, or corporate communications is a plus.

- Passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and creating meaningful employee experiences.

- Interest in beauty, wellness, and company culture is a bonus.


$20 - $20 an hour
