What does a successful Product Manager do at Fiserv?

As a Product Manager for Pay by Bank at Fiserv, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of the roadmap while ensuring alignment with sales, technology, operations, partners, and clients to maximize revenue and client satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative payment solutions and enhance consumer experiences, making a significant impact on Fiserv's growth and success.

What you will do:

• Act as the voice of the customer and transform objectives and initiatives into epics, with clear and concise representation of scope, value, outcomes, and acceptance criteria.
• Organize Story Maps that break down epics into sprint-level deliverables.
• Engage with internal teams, sales partners, and potential technology partners to assess opportunities for future strategy and roadmap or partnership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features, products, and programs, from concept to launch and beyond.
• Analyze customer feedback and user data to continually improve your products and your customers’ experience.
• Be the product evangelist within the organization, providing training sessions and updating knowledge bases.

What you will need to have:

• 2+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, sales engineering, consulting, or similar roles.
• Experience successfully launching and scaling products, services, or platforms, with digital, API, payments, or eCommerce products being a plus.
• Proven experience generating and utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities for a product.
• Strong project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and/or equivalent military experience.

• Experience in consumer payments technology.
• Experience in consumer engagement.
• Experience in defining cloud API strategy and third-party integration.
