This position provides unparalleled opportunity to partner with client groups to support our business strategies through effective execution of talent initiatives. The primary focus areas include performance management, promotions, career development, employee engagement, and learning and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills, thrive in a collaborative environment, and have a proven track record of supporting talent initiatives. This role will report into the Head of Talent Development.
