VP of Sales

The VP will report directly to the CEO and is primarily responsible for driving revenue for the organization. The role will oversee the revenue producing and marketing teams for the company and will ultimately be responsible for achieving and exceeding revenue goals. This role requires strong skills in winning Requests for Proposals (RFPs), leading sales teams, developing and executing a successful go-to-market strategy, deep understanding and relationships within the Healthcare markets, and ultimately possess proven business and financial acumen.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

  • Hire, develop, and motivate high-performing sales teams
  • Design and implement effective go-to-market strategies
  • Establish staffing levels and team structures for success
  • Lead cross-departmental collaboration

 

Sales Execution & Growth

  • Build and manage relationships with prospects, clients and referral/reseller partners
  • Develop strategies for selling into healthcare systems and physician groups
  • Execute deals from prospecting to close
  • Facilitate Lead Generation and distribution to sales teams
  • Oversee Marketing team including marketing materials, web/SEO strategy, lead generation, and industry conferences.

  • Oversee revenue forecasting, and strategic growth opportunities
  • Operate entrepreneurially within a corporate structure

  • 5+ years of progressive sales leadership in healthcare SaaS
  • Technical aptitude to understand Patient Engagement software and how it connects with Practice Management and Electronic Medical Records systems.
  • Expertise in selling to physician groups & healthcare systems
  • Proven ability to win RFPs and lead multiple teams
  • Strong forecasting, reporting, and compliance knowledge
  • Strong excel, data analysis skillset preferred.

Annual On Target Earnings will estimate near $260K + made up of a competitive salary plus potential commissions.

Actual salaries will vary and be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Health iPASS' total compensation package for employees.
