This internship offers you the chance to gain valuable exposure and experience in multiple areas, including business prospecting, campaign ideation and creation, and ad insights and analysis, all at the cutting edge of digital marketing.We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths.A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May / June 2025. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship start dates below : Monday, May 12Monday, May 19Tuesday May 27 (Memorial Day May 26)Monday, June 9Monday, June 23 We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates.Please state your availability clearly in your resume (Start date, End date). Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.Responsibilities : - Monitor ad campaign execution and performance, generate insights on content trends, and ensure brand safety for ad campaigns.• Collaborate with BPMs and CSMs on RFP responses, campaign ideation, and campaign execution with sales and account leads.• Conduct ad-hoc analyses on ad campaigns and campaign reporting to identify potential operational inefficiencies and explore new workflows and best practices.• Compile post-campaign recap reports, deliver campaign insights and learnings, and share with the client as well as the wider sales and cross-functional teams.• Assist with ad account creation, tagging, and operationMinimum Qualifications : - Experience with CRM software (., Salesforce, HubSpot).- Proficiency in data analysis.- Excellent communicator with a positive, self-starter attitude.• Enjoys developing solutions to increase day-to-day work efficiency.- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.- Motivated to make a significant impact on the sales organization and the wider business.Preferred Qualifications : - Previous internship experience in sales or marketing.- Strong presentation and communication skills.• Initiative in identifying and implementing process improvements.- Passion for social media trends, digital marketing, or anything related to fashion.• Strong academic background in Business, Marketing, or related fields.- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.Last updated : 2024-07-30
