What will you do in this role? 

  • Participate in HR projects such as Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Team Development, taking ownership of specific initiatives.
  • Enhance employee satisfaction by collaborating with the HR Team to identify and implement initiatives that boost employee satisfaction and commitment levels.
  • Regularly conduct reports and analytics on HR data such as attrition, engagement survey results, and exit interviews.
  • Supporting, coaching, and advising team leads on people related topics
  • Supporting organizational changes such as promotions, development discussions and structural changes. 
  • Previous experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a global organization with involvement in HR projects such as performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address HR challenges and implement effective solutions. 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to develop and effectively manage relationships
  • Resilient with ability to effectively manage and prioritise workload
  • Working knowledge of Employment Law and of current HR best practice
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with managers and employees, providing a proactive and credible service on a range of employment matters, and questioning and challenging where appropriate. 
  • Capable of working independently

  • Base salary range for this position is 4500-5000 EUR per month (gross) contingent on your experience level, and will be negotiated individually.
