General Manager - GTM, Instawork Hiring

As the General Manager - GTM at Instawork, you'll lead a cross-functional team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the Hiring product, engage with customers on a daily basis, and drive market penetration through creative sales and marketing strategies. The General Manager - GTM at Instawork will be required to work in-office in San Francisco or Chicago up to 5 days a week. Instawork is open to adapting its policy based on team dynamics, but candidates should be prepared for a commitment of at least 60 hours per week in this leadership role.

The base salary for the General Manager - GTM position at Instawork ranges from $160,000 to $275,000. This role is also eligible for equity in the form of stock options, offering a great opportunity for financial growth as the company expands.
