Product Manager

🍊Our mission

All new medicines need to undergo clinical trials to show they’re safe and effective. But today’s clinical trial infrastructure is stuck in the past, and the cost of developing new medicines has skyrocketed as a result. Patients have to wait longer and pay more for new treatments.

Our mission is to fix this; we use software to help innovative companies run faster, more reliable, and patient-friendly clinical trials. We’re still a young company, but we’ve already had a big impact. Since founding the company in March 2021 we’ve helped run over 100 clinical trials involving tens of thousands of patients, with a customer NPS of 100.

We recently raised a $55m Series B round from Balderton Capital, with support from Creandum, Firstminute, Seedcamp, and Visionaries.

🍊About the role

Lindus Health is looking for a Product Manager to build the platform powering the next generation of clinical trials. Join a fast-growing, fast-moving team, and help us bring new treatments to patients faster!

This is an onsite role in London with a flexible (hybrid) office arrangement. After an initial onboarding period full-time at our headquarters (near London Bridge) we expect you to be in the office at least 3 days a week.

🍊About you

We’d like to hear from you if…

  • You have 4+ years of experience as a product manager

  • You excel at gathering and synthesising complex requirements from users and stakeholders, framing them so that designers and engineers can execute effectively

  • You are an excellent communicator who engages stakeholders and facilitates decision-making across different teams while maintaining project momentum

  • You are a competent project manager: able to set objectives, define timelines, stay organised, document decisions and keep a project team working in sync at a high pace

  • You have an unbounded curiosity about the future of human health and the role clinical trials play in it

You belong here! If your experience and interests match with some of the above, we want you to apply.

🍊What you’ll focus on

In your first month

  • Learn about the problems we are trying to solve in clinical trials through our onboarding training and chats with people across the company

  • Start building empathy for our users by exploring the product and observing it being used in real trials

  • Survey the landscape of competitor products to understand our positioning in the market

  • Deliver on some well-defined starter tasks that may include discovery, user research, industry analysis, and feature definition

In your first 3 months

  • Act as a product lead on features and coordinate with design, engineering and internal stakeholders to deliver the best outcome for users

  • Drive product discovery and user research to feed into the product roadmap

  • Build relationships across the whole business to develop a deep understanding of how other functions work together with the product team

  • Contribute to your team’s processes and rituals, such as product planning, triage and retrospectives

Within your first year

  • Contribute to the product roadmap through planning and prioritisation

  • Go deep on several product areas and become the go-to person for advice and strategy on those areas

  • Contribute to long-term product strategy

  • Become fluent in regulatory frameworks applicable to clinical trials and keep the product aligned with them

  • Mentor more junior PMs

  • Participate in the hiring process for product roles, such as through interviewing and interview design

  • Represent Lindus Health externally, such as through talks, meetups and blog posts

🍊What we offer (UK)

  • Make an impact across all areas of our business and fix one of the world’s most broken industries

  • Competitive salary, plus meaningful stock options

  • Flexible working; we have an incredible office near London Bridge and encourage people to work 3 days per week from the office.

  • Unlimited holidays; everyone is encouraged to take off at least 28 days each year

  • Health & wellbeing - cashback scheme with Medicash (unlimited virtual GP appointments, medical, dental, optician, physio, mental health + more!)

  • Gympass membership; flexible access to gyms, studios, classes and wellness apps

  • Enhanced Parental Leave - 12 weeks full pay for primary care giver & 4 weeks full pay for secondary care giver

  • Cycle to work scheme

  • Regular team events; recently we've been to Legoland, a Bake Off competition, and a Millwall FC home game (decided by popular vote)

  • Up to £1,000 per year towards courses, certifications and development

  • A new laptop as your main workstation

  • UK visa sponsorship if you’re not already eligible to work in the UK

🍊Our hiring process

  • Initial conversation with Gina (Talent Partner) 30 minutes

  • Second meeting with Nik (CTO) 30 minutes

  • Case study and functional interview with 2 members of our Product team (60 minutes)

  • Values interview with 2 team members (30 minutes)

We try to arrange for at-least one interview to be in-person so you can see our office and meet more of the team.
