In this role as a Product Manager, you'll lead the creation of an entirely new product from the ground up. You'll define the vision and strategy for this opportunity, working closely with cross-functional teams to transform innovative ideas into market-ready solutions. You'll own the complete product lifecycle—from initial concept validation through development and launch—while ensuring your vision translates into a product that solves a big human problem. 


What you'll be doing:
  • Drive product and feature development from start to finish on mobile user interface platforms;
  • Lead collaboration across engineering, design, and marketing teams while working with executives to develop and execute the product vision and roadmap;
  • Define and deliver on product and on team all the KPIs and goals;
  • Partner with Design to run user research, usability studies, data-driven experiments to develop deep customer empathy and inform product direction;
  • Consistently integrate behavior data and customer feedback into key product decisions;
  • Establish, monitor, and measure success metrics for your products;
  • Drive product initiatives that leverage an AI-first mindset and scale to millions of users.


What you need to have:
  • Proven experience in product management, especially in creating and scaling product features for large user bases;
  • Experience in fast-paced, product-driven environments (healthcare experience not required);
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset;
  • Natural ability to make stuff happen around you through influence. You handle chaos, ambiguity, and complexity in a detailed and organized way;
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a deep commitment to improving patient outcomes;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and creativity.

Variable: €2,048 - €3,218

These compensation bands are just the starting point. Once someone joins and proves they’re outlier talent, we adjust quickly to ensure their compensation aligns with their impact.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. Actual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, location, market demand, and other factors. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary and any potential variable, bonus or sales incentives, and the Company’s estimation of the value of private company stock options, if applicable. The pay range is subject to change, future value of company stock options is not guaranteed, and compensation may be modified in the future.
