We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our team and help lead our efforts to deliver excellence across all aspects of our operations. The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for supporting the General Manager (GM) in overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service, maximizing revenue, and maintaining operational efficiency. The AGM assists with staff supervision, financial management, and adherence to brand and company standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and customer service.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
