The anticipated salary range for this position:
$110,240.00 - $165,360.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Training managers in effective employee relations practices and conducting focus group sessions to gather feedback will be crucial in shaping our workplace culture. You'll need at least 6 years of experience in labor and employee relations and a knack for interpreting data to drive actionable strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaborative technologies is essential, as you'll be traveling up to 50% of the time for business purposes.
