At Natron Energy, we’re excited to announce an opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our innovative team in Holland, MI. As the Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in empowering our front line leaders through training and coaching while ensuring that the profitability of our operations meets key performance indicators. You will develop comprehensive production plans across our Electrode, Cell Assembly, and Final Pack Assembly departments, interfacing with process engineers and subject matter experts to introduce new products and equipment efficiently. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating tasks for multiple supervisors across different shifts, analyzing daily production results, and being the go-to person during leadership production meetings. Your experience will ensure that you can respond accurately to production issues and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Safety is paramount, and you'll be responsible for maintaining a clean work environment while leading incident investigations in conjunction with EHS support. With a focus on teamwork and trust, you will solicit feedback from technician teams to keep everyone engaged and motivated. We’re looking for someone with over five years in a manufacturing environment, including three in a leadership role—experience in the chemical or battery industry is a strong plus.
